Arts in Mind Festival

King’s College, London

June, 2018

Arts in Mind was a week-long festival of over 30 workshops, discussions, performances & contemporary art exhibitions celebrating innovative collaborations between researchers at the Institute of Psychiatry, Psychology & Neuroscience (IoPPN) and the creative and cultural sector. It showcased work that explored new ways to improve wellbeing and facilitate a better understanding of mental health, the brain and the mind. A website dedicated to the festival, and the festival report which I co-wrote can be found here.

In a church there is a grand piano where a woman is playing. Around her is an audience of people lying down on the ground with cushions. Between the church pillars a large 'bunting' of international flags has been strung.
